1. Scope of the beta

Nexo Connect is a social platform in beta, made available by Ferrão Soluções through controlled access. The beta is intended to test features, user experience, security and stability before a broader release.

2. Account and invitation

The invitation is personal or limited to the stated number of uses. Registered users must provide accurate information, protect their password and report any unauthorised use of their account. During the beta, access is intended for people aged 18 or over.

3. Responsible use

The platform may not be used to harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate, publish unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, collect data without authorisation or interfere with the technical operation of the service.

4. Published content

Each user remains responsible for and retains the rights to the content they publish. By publishing, the user authorises Nexo Connect to store, process and display that content within the platform to the extent required to provide the service and in accordance with the selected visibility.

5. Moderation

Content, communities, events, opportunities or accounts may be limited, hidden or removed when they breach these terms, third-party rights, platform security or applicable law. Where reasonable, an opportunity to provide clarification will be given.

6. Experimental operation

As this is a beta, changes, interruptions, incomplete features or temporary unavailability may occur. Reasonable measures will be taken to protect data, but the platform should not be used as the sole repository for essential information.

7. Suspension and closure

An account may be suspended for security reasons, non-compliance or abuse. Users may request account closure through the stated contact channel. Some records may be retained where required by law, necessary for security or needed to defend legal rights.

8. Platform ownership

The software, structure, identity, visual components and Nexo Connect brand belong to Ferrão Soluções or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer any rights in the platform.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. When a change is material, users will be asked to confirm the updated terms before continuing to use the platform.
